Meet Liz

Hi there, my name is Liz. I am a Therapeutic Massage Therapist studying a Bachelor of Health Science - Clinical Myotherapy at SSNT (Southern School of Natural Therapies). I am a practising artist, singer and musician. I have been a teacher of art, lifedrawing and singing groups. Through all these things I am following my deep passion for healing and creativity.

My Specialisations

I use a variety of techniques including neuromuscular & deep tissue massage, myofascial dynamic cupping, and myofascial trigger point release.
