Initial Consultation (standard fee)

Service Description
The initial consultation will include consent, establishing a client file (relevant medical history, allergies, etc.), discussion of the presenting issue and treatment plan, and a treatment. Payment for an initial consultation involves an $80 deposit to be paid on booking, the remainder to be paid in person at the appointment. Please note, in the case of a late cancellation of the initial consultation (within 24hrs of the appointment time), $40 of the deposit is retained as a late cancellation fee. NB: for appointments on weekends, public holidays and afterhours will have a surcharge of 15%
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours prior to the booking to avoid a cancellation fee. A cancellation fee of $40 will apply on cancellations made within 24 hours of the original booking time. NB the same fee may apply in the case of a booking being rescheduled more than twice.
