Initial Consultation (teen)

Service Description

The initial consultation will include signed consent by a parent or guardian, establishing a client file (relevant medical history, allergies, etc.), discussion of the presenting issue and likely treatment plan, and some treatment (time providing). For people between the ages of 12-16 years. The parent or guardian is welcome to be in the room during the treatment, if the client wishes. Cash, card and online payments accepted. Please note: for appointments on weekends, public holidays and afterhours will have a surcharge of 15%

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours prior to the booking to avoid a cancellation fee. A cancellation fee of $40 will apply on cancellations made within 24 hours of the original booking time. NB the same fee may apply in the case of a booking being rescheduled more than twice.
