Service Description
A phone or in-person check in to monitor your treatment plan progress. To be eligible for the concession rate, you must hold a valid Pensioner or Health Care Card or equivalent, or be enrolled to full time study. Please bring your card to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours prior to the booking to avoid a cancellation fee. A cancellation fee of $40 will apply on cancellations made within 24 hours of the original booking time. NB the same fee may apply in the case of a booking being rescheduled more than twice.
